The Laws of Thermodynamics

(for those of you who were wondering):
1st law of thermodynamics:  Energy cannot be created or destroyed.

 

                2nd law (review):  In any real, spontaneous process, the disorder of the universe 
always increases.  No process that produces order, or lowers the entropy, can occur without outside help. 

 
3rd law:  The entropy of a perfect crystal at absolute zero is zero.
