Some of these are so obvious - I mean - Robin Williams should be a poster boy for the cause, yes?  And seeing Tom Smothers name, I recall his heartbreaking - and hilarious - 
'Mom liked you best'... 
I'm not sure of the original source of this list, but I got it at a Special Education seminar.  I don't know who answered the equivalent of the Conner's Scale for Socrates, for example.  And although the visual and dramatic arts are well represented, the mathematicians (maybe not famous enough) and sci-fi writers seem a little weak.  There are a lot more famous people with ADD than listed here - the guy who wrote this should be included; he is one of my favourites.
I am surrounded by people with ADD here in my life, my family and peer group, and I am frequently allowed to be entertained, stimulated, heartbroken, enlightened, and inspired by them. 

Energy is their medium. 
They have a gift.
